Every parcel begins its journey from New Zealand.

Each one is packed by hand with care before setting off to find its new home. Most journeys arrive without incident. Occasionally, a parcel chooses to admire the scenery a little longer than expected.

We like to think it is simply collecting stories along the way.

 It is a melancholy truth that not every parcel arrives exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or something simply isn't right, please get in touch.

We'll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.

Because many items are printed in small batches or are digital downloads, we aren't able to accept returns for change of mind.

If we've made a mistake, however...
